Bubbles Abstract BW Painting

Bubbles abstract BW painting is one of the earliest paintings of Jonathan Steele in the start of acrylic on canvas period of his works.

This painting was hand stretched by Jonathan. It was purposely made in a narrow size so that it could be hung either horizontal or vertical.

The background is all white with a gray marbling effect. The bubbles or circles are all black. This is the first black and white painting of Jonathan Steele. It is an acrylic painting on canvas.

According to Jonathan, "I just wanted to see what kind of movement could be captured. I tend to like it in the upright position but most people viewing it prefer the horizontal. What do you think?"

Bubbles is 13 inches by 50 inches by 2 inches thick.

It is gallery wrapped. This means the canvas is wrapped around the sides and the painting extends to the sides. There is no need for a frame but if desired, the painting can be put in the frame of the collectors choice.
